Training Fundamentals for Distance Runners:
- Ten week plan- Coaching fee for the ten week plan is $20 USD.
- Ten week plan plus- Coaching fee for the Ten Week Plan Plus is $100 USD.
- Marathon- Coaching fees billed at an hourly at rate of $25 USD.
